In our restaurant we dry-age meat – in a special aging cabinet – in a carefully controlled temperature and humidity. The meat is aged for several weeks – at least 21 days. During that time, the meat matures, becomes juicy and tender. As a result, our steaks are full of natural flavour and aroma.
